Are you using any kind of blocking programs/add-ons?

There is security software like Avast and Kaspersky and BitDefender and ESET that intercepts secure connections and sends their own certificate or that incorporates special web shielding features that can block content.

It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Hi Fred, I can't find find more than half the stuff on the list in order to fix the problem. Maybe it's better that I uninstall and then reinstall google and firefox? I think it's easier for me to do. I wish I knew someone that could do a remote link to do it for me. Thanks anyway Fred. Ambriel

Hi Cor el, I don't use any of those. The link that Fred posted, the option/preference setting (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Images_or_animations_do_not_load) - doesn't work either because the content tab for Windows 10 users, our content page is different.

However, my nephew figured out what do to in less than a minute. He changed the number 2 into 1 in the "about:config" to "reset" the default value.

It took him a few seconds. I'll try never complain about my nephew being messy again. Thank you to both!! Ambriel
