Add-ons don't appear in popup windows
I'm taking an online course that opens in a popup window from my main Firefox window. The popup window has my add-ons "Disconnect," and "AdblockPlus," but not "Ghostery" nor my screenshot add-on.
Right clicking the bar gives me the usual "customize" choice. Selecting it brings up a blank box where choices for making changes would normally appear. Screenshot of this attached. Both add-ons that do appear are disabled in this window.
I can take screen shots with my 'print screen' function, but it is far less convenient as there are dozens of pages I want to view offline.

With the exception of my add-ons being on the toolbar, I am using the default theme / appearance. As you can see from the original screenshot, even the "home," "save to pocket," etc. icons do not appear on the popup.
If it matters, the course utilizes SCORM.
HECK! Just solved it. I right-clicked the content, chose "this frame," "open frame in new window," and, voila!, I have a window that includes my menu bar as well as the add-ons on the toolbar. Course runs fine in the new window.
Still not available in the popup (nor is the menu bar, etc.) but good enough for what I need.

To begin with try using the default theme / appearance and "Customize" should be normal.
Then take the screenshots that you want to show us.
