So what website is it that is still using the old vulnerable SSL version 2.0 and 3.0 as you can check site at https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/

Those instructions obviously are obsolete. Are you getting an error message accessing the site in Firefox? What is the message? Sometimes you need to click an Advanced button to get the full details.
