Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ That is where you can find Security & privacy, not when you are looking at your Inbox.

You may need to set up App passwords for those two and/or check the e-mail server settings.

App Passwords:

Hotmail (Outlook Mail it is called now): Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and log into your Hotmail/Microsoft Account. Go to "Security & privacy", then "More security settings" under "Account security". Go down to "Two-step verification" to set your App passwords.

Yahoo: Understand and create 3rd party app passwords

E-mail server settings:

IMAP server settings for Yahoo Mail POP access settings and instructions for Yahoo Mail

Hotmail/Outlook.com e-mail server settings Scroll down to the section called "Apps that support POP and IMAP"
