bottom panel shows full list of movement instead of just basic header to from & subject

after having to uninstall 52.1.0 due to print bug & installing version 45.5 (?) I now have a large panel of info that is not very useful & when printing the email prints half a page of background details codes etc etc see screen print below. In the message only want to see who email addressed confirming from date & subject...........

Go to the View menu and set Headers to Normal instead of All.
