Whenever I open up thunderbird mail, it starts to load and then I will get a message saying inbox did not succeed. The mail server for account responded: Unknown command. I cannot read email, receive or send. I am not sure what to do. I have restored the computer. I have re downloaded and installed Thunderbird mail also.
