I've been looking around for at least an hour how to fix this I've tried command prompt, I've cleared cookies, I've gone into the advanced settings where it says that it will "possibly void the warranty"

I'm lost. Please help.

I had no problem with the link.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.
