TB version 60 crashing on every windows 10 machine, even in TB safe mode. @ PLDHashTable::Iterator::Iterator | gfxPlatformFontList::CleanupLoader
I've tried disabling all add-ons and starting TB in safe mode, and no luck. The program crashes every single time after a couple of minutes.
Here are the most recent crash ID's from one machine: bp-7f7c8afd-b44d-46aa-9f52-a31320180821 bp-645d5ea4-e897-4789-b04c-2f7fa0180821 bp-53902586-9187-497e-a43d-375db0180821 bp-db7a14e2-b58c-40ca-afad-a9f5b0180821

There is a bug report. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1405381 where I play chaise the bug to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1405383
As it does not look hopeful that they are even sure what the cause is. In the interest of perhaps shedding some light.. If you set Thunderbird to start up in offline mode and leave it there, does it crash? (I know it is useless unless it gets mail)
Does turning off hardware acceleration in options make any difference. or turning it on if it is off. Do you have any fonts installed that might be corrupt or "corporate" so perhaps only having ansi character or the like.
What anti virus is in use?
FWIW I think the bug more likely to make progress is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1405381
Thank you Matt and Wayne Mery for your follow-up. So far, we haven't been able to make any breakthroughs on this issue with TB v60 and are using TB v52.9 in the meantime. For TB v60, after running in TB safe mode, we also ran the program in offline mode, but crashing was still occurring. Toggling hardware acceleration on and off also did not prevent crashing. We use bitdefender for AV and tried disabling it, but that didn't prevent crashing either. We do not have any special fonts installed.
Please post your newer crash IDs. (so we can verify whether it a different crash type)
Here are crash ID's for three scenarios. I'll get one with AV also disabled shortly. Are there different scenarios whose crash reports would be more helpful than the ones I've provided?

Again, let me know if there are different scenarios whose crash reports would be more helpful than the four I've provided.
Are your crashes still frequent?
tmitten, I have updated the bug report.
Do you still crash?
