Have Thunderbird ask to send messages in outbox when quitting?

I'm using Alexander Ihrig's Send Later Button, and it works well, but I would like Thunderbird to remind me to send any messages in the outbox on quit. It does remind me to send when I restart the program, but sometimes that's not until the next morning. I know I can just click "Send Unsent" but sometimes I forget. Is there a way to make this happen?

So far, I've not located an answer. I mentioned this as a bug some time ago. There is a bug report listed. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=359136

It may help if you could 'vote' for that bug. The 'Vote' link is under the 'Details' section. You would need to logon or register first.

This isn't a solution, but more of a way to remind you: open the Outbox folder in a new window, and continue using TB from the main window. When you close TB, the Outbox window will remain open, forcing you to view its contents before you close it to close all instances of TB.
