With X11, TWM, Thunderbird has Huge Icon when Minimized

Ubuntu 18.04, Thunderbird 60.8.0 I use X11, TWM. NOT the Ubuntu Desktop. When I Iconize Thunderbird by clicking the dot in the upper left corner of the window title bar, Thunderbird iconizes. But, the resulting icon is HUGE 2 inches x 2 inches.

Other applications have reasonable sized icons when minimized.

How do I fix this?

Seems to be a ubuntu issue and not Thunderbird. I see others have issue as well. https://askubuntu.com/search?q=18.04+tray+icon+size
