How do I remove Drafts and Sent folders from directly under account, only show Gmail folders?

I have 3 accounts all using Gmail/IMAP. So far as I can tell, they're all configured the same. One of them, though, only shows Inbox and then the [Gmail] folders. The other two also have Drafts and Sent folders directly under the account. I have all of the Drafts and Sent configured to go to the Gmail folders. How do I get rid of these empty Drafts/Sent folders?

my choice is to use the advanced button in the account server setting to set the IMAP server directory to [Gmail].

if gets rid of the spurious grey gmail sub folder as well. Looks much more like a real integrated mail account in my opinion.
