Cannot find any way to make a Shortcut on phone screen to a Webpage with Android Beta. Used to do it by sending link to another "device". Is this merely an oversight?

Found answer! Go to menu > page > make shortcut... Just had to read a lot of stuff to find it. Thanks for being here, People.

No problem at all, glad to hear this has been resolved. You can also long press on the address in the address bar and select the option to add it to your desktop.
