Can't see E-mails in one of three mail boxes. help?
On my ThunderBird E-mail browser one of my three inboxes is not showing my emails. My mouse registers that an email is there but I can not see any text.

Click the small column-picker icon at the right end of the column names, in the folder that displays correctly, Apply columns to..., and select the Inbox for the empty account.

See the little square where the list of headings used to be. it is underneath the chat balloon in your first image.
This sets the headings for the columns, so you could manually set them.
Or
Click the same icon on your second image (on the end of the list of headings) select apply columns to .. then "Folder and it's children" and navigate to your account inbox using the options displayed to reset the display to match the working one.
