This morning I update Thunderbird. At the end of the upgrade, I was instructed to reboot, which I did. After rebooting, the normal Thunderbird icon was gone and replaced with what looks like an update icon. When clicking on that, the same message appeared after the update, asking me to reboot. I have done this numerous times. It seems like it's stuck in a cycle. How can I get Thunderbird back?

Thanks

Bill

I'd suggest uninstall, or delete the program directory, and then reinstall. Are you running version 68? Or 78?

It appears to be Version 78
