Microsoft 365 folders not appearing in Inbox?

I am trying to use Thunderbird to transfer my emails from my Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) account to a new email provider. The problem I am running into is that my folders don't appear under my Inbox for my Microsoft 365 account.

I have tried adding the account then restarting Thunderbird as well as removing then re-adding the account. I have also tried just walking away in case it was just a matter of slow loading.

What can I do to fix this?

Chosen solution

If the account is IMAP, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., click Refresh. Can you check (subscribe) the missing folders?
