When I click of the Settings in Tools I get a screen with PublicFox asking for a password. Some time ago I saved a password with the note of "lock firefox options", but that does not work. How do I unlock Settings?? This is a critical problem.

You can start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to be able to access the settings and possibly uninstall this extension.

  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
