Upgraded to Ubuntu 21.10 and got Thunderbird 91.2.1. Now when I open something in new tab (mail folder, calendar, ...) and right click on it and select "Move to new window", nothing happens.

Opening mail folder directly in new window (right click on mail folder and "Open in new window") works.

If this is a bug (look like it), should I submit bug report on Buzzilla ?

Right-click a folder in the folder pane - 'Open in New Window' works fine here with TB 91.3.0 on Linux.

Try Thunderbird Troubleshooting Mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-mode-thunderbird

Does the problem go away?

If not, what version of Thunderbird are you using - the vanilla one from https://www.thunderbird.net/ or one provided by your distribution?

In the latter case, try the one from https://www.thunderbird.net/
