How can I get Firefox to ask me where to save a bookmark?

Whenever I bookmarked a page, Firefox always asked me where I want to save the bookmark. Since Firefox updated a few days ago, it just saves every bookmark to last folder I chose but this is inconvenient because I have to then edit the bookmark to save it in the folder where I want it. Is there a setting that I can change so Firefox will again ask me where I want to save a bookmark when I try to bookmark a page?

Thanks in advance.

The "Edit This Bookmark" dialog that opens if you click the highlighted star has a checkbox with "Show editor when saving" (shortcut key in the dialog is Alt+S). This item is at the bottom just above "Remove Bookmark" and "Done". You can click the highlighted star a second time to open the "Edit This Bookmark" dialog.
