How do I include a newly made email account so that it will appear in unified folders? I thought that when the new email was added to Thunderbird it would automatically show in Unified Folders but it does not.

Chosen solution

I meant to highlight the various folders under Unified Folders, such as Inbox, Sent, Draft, etc.

highlight the unified folders separately, rightclick and select properties and then click 'choose' and place tickmark on the associated folder for the new account.

I did what you suggested on the unified folders. I rightclick and select properties but there is no 'choose'. I also out of curiosity rightclicked on the newly added email that is not in the unified folders and there is not even a properties for that email account. Thanks for your help.
