I updated Firefox yesterday and today I cannot access any comment sections on stories (Yahoo). I have re-booted my computer and cleared my cache. I looked at my privacy and security section of Firefox, but couldn't see anything that might affect this. In the past, I sometimes have to re-load the page to access the comments, but that is not working either. Here is the message that shows up: Oops, something went wrong :( We detected some connectivity issues therefore we’re unable to load the Conversation

Comments were working fine before the Firefox update.

Any suggestions?

This is a screenshot. It happens on every story on Yahoo. Although, when I use Chrome, I don't have the problem. I can see comments on Chrome.

You have Adblock Plus & AdBlocker Ultimate installed. One of those two addons is blocking the comments. They have filter lists that get auto updated every week. Try disabling one of the adblocker addons then go visit a Yahoo story. If the comments are still missing, go back and disable the 2nd addon. Test another Yahoo article and see if the comments returned. Please let us know which addon was to blame after you find out.

In general, having 2 ad blocking addons like that might cause more problems similar to what you just saw. They can also use a large amount of resources to be used like memory on your pc. So try to watch out for that and test just using one ad blocker instead of two. Most people use uBlock Origin because it is the most lightweight ad blocker out there & it doesn't use a large amount of resources.
