Screenshot of Amazon Prime showing that message so others can see what they get doing that as well.

Hi, your Firefox reported that it is the Extended Support Release of Firefox 115 running on Windows 7. Is that correct?

Could you check your current version of the Widevine player? Here's how:

Open the Add-ons page using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Plugins. On the right side, find "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc." and click to view more details. Mine is showing:

Version : 4.10.2830.0 Last Updated : October 15, 2024

Is yours similar?

Yeah, I have no issues on Prime. see screenshot Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?

Did you try clearing the browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache#

You can try to clear all items for a single site. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions

Last step if needed, you can refresh Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
