Firefox browser is virus free. Not sure what site you went to or software install to get a virus but it's not form Firefox browser/Mozilla.

How do you figure you have a virus?

Did a unnamed antivirus scanner claim you had a virus in the Firefox Cache folder? if so then it is harmless if left alone there as it will be deleted as Cache gets used or when you delete the cache in Firefox.

Are you getting small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox windows claiming you have a virus?. If so then you are not likely infected as those small popups are web push notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. unfortunately some sites may send you notifications that are junk, spam or fake virus alerts instead of useful information. You can revoke those sites from sending you notifications as the below links shows you how.

Otherwise if none of the above then perhaps see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware
