The home page and login pages plus account pages display correctly but any further into the web site and the pages all display the html code (stylesheet) not the browser page itself. The Firefox error console keeps giving this message: www.zazzle.com : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555. If I attempt to go back to the previous page I might get the html code displayed or sometimes it goes back correctly. I am not having problems with any other web site such as PayPal or online banking. Zazzle told me there are no problems with their site and to contact my internet provider.

If you see the HTML code then that usually means that a web server isn't configured properly and send the page(s) as content type: text/plain. A possible cause is using no file extensions or unsupported file extensions.

Does that mean one of the zazzle.com web servers or does it mean one of the hughes.net servers? Or could it be both? That is the only site I cannot access.

I can access it using IE but it doesn't display properly so I can't use their software to create anything. Zazzle blew me off basically.

If those pages are behind a log in authentication then it is not possible for me to check what is happening, but if those pages open in a tab then you can check the Tools > Page Info > General window to see some response headers or use the Live HTTP Headers extension to inspect if the content type is text/plain instead of text/html.

Glad I found this post. Having the same problem, but cannot even access the front page of Zazzle. It goes straight to code (since 11/17 at least). Looked at the Tools/Page Info, but that didn't make sense as to what to look for. I can access all Zazzle pages through a backup computer, which is on dialup. Does that suggest this might be a HughesNet issue? It's also wonky/unusable in IE on this computer (HughesNet) as the first poster stated. Have also noticed ad spaces on other sites are also showing code, randomly.

BTW, Zazzle forum thread was deleted where I tried to report it yesterday.

Thanks in advance for suggestions/advice.

I'm having the same issues. I also happen to have Hughesnet. I hate Hughesnet with a passion. If it is a HughesNet issue (as this seems to be our common thread) has someone complained to them? I have the worst time communicating to customer service over there. The calls go to India.

Called customer service after trying unsuccessfully via chat AND e-mail. E-mail timed out on me and the chat crashed. Gotta love their customer service! I was so frustrated I was going to give up and hope someone else would solve the problem. But alas, I could not wait any longer.

ANYWAY, to view zazzle correctly for now until they fix the problem you need to disable turbo page. Go to your system status url. Then click on the "little man" underneath the blue circles at the top of the page and it will take you to the "advanced configurations and statistics page." Click on "Turbo page", then "turbo page configuration" and click "disable." You'll want to turn it back on when you are done viewing zazzle as it slows your browsing.

They told me the problem has been forwarded to the engineering department and hopefully we get a real resolution to this in 2 days. HTH.

luvmy2pugs - thanks so much! I found that HughesNet "might" be looking into it through the forum at DSLreports. However, was going to try the Turbo (knowing talking to India probably wouldn't be a help with that issue). Without your info, though, wouldn't have thought to turn it back on after.

If you're having this problem, you may be also noticing that other web sites are serving up source code in spots on certain pages (like in ads blocks and even at the bottom where all the contact info is). That's what I'm experiencing, too, but at Zazzle it was a complete shutdown.

Thanks, again!

Thank you so much for your solution. I did disable Turbo on the hughes config page and it worked. I have a question, when you go back to the Turbo configuration page it has, Disable, Enable and Reset. Do I Enable or Reset? I do not know which it was before I disabled because none of the radio buttons showed the previous setup?
