Why does my personalization setting on my laptop keeps getting reset to default?

My personalization settings in "News For You" keep getting reset back to default. The other news topics that I added always get removed after each reset happens. It is a pain to keep re-adding them. This only happens on my laptop.

Settings like that are usually saved in cookies that the website sets in Firefox.

Are you clearing cookies when Firefox closes?

Not really sure. I know I did not set it to clear the cookies. Can you show me how to verify if I am or not? Or better yer, how do I set it so I do not clear the cookies? Thanks!

You can check the setting for Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox

You may need to set an allow exception to keep the cookies for such sites.
