When I launch Firefox 4.0 using Yahoo.ca as my home page. I adjust it to "compact view, ctrl ++ etc to enlarge the font. Then "save page as" command. When I re-launch Firefox again, none of my changes I thought I saved are evident..back to the initial settings. Dah, what am I missing??? W7 Pro

The command "Save Page As" downloads the site to your own computer. If you click the Downloads button and then where you see the Yahoo site, right click it and choose Open Containing Folder, you can view what you've downloaded on your own machine.

But I gather that that's not what you're trying to achieve.

If you want to change the font size permanently, then you'll have to do it via Tools | Options | Content and then click the Advanced button in the Fonts & Colors menu. However, the changes you make will affect all sites you visit after that.

You might be able to achieve your goal with an add-on. There's a list of font changers here which might help: Fonts
