pop up blocker information bar missing

If a site wants to display a pop-up, the pop-up information bar is not displayed and the choice to allow is not available, which leads to multiple clicks and errors. The lack of a status bar may be a contributing factor.

You can now find the pop-up block icon on the right side of the location bar.
