Others have also reported this. Comcast switched to XFINITY Connect and the eMail preview does not move to the actula eMail under FIREFOX but does under IE. XFINIT"Y support says it not their problem since it works under IE. Works with older COMCAST eMail viewer and with older versions of Windows.

Comcast told me to uninstall/reinstall Firefox. I did, and it did not change the problem.
I am having no problem with Xfinity Connect web mail and Firefox 5.0. Works better for me than the older Comcast Zimbra version worked on this PC.
