checkboxes not displaying in webaccess of maximizer (program)

When I open the webaccess of the program maximizer in IE it works perfectly but when I use any version of Firefox newer than version 3.0 the checkboxes will not display. How can I make checkboxes available in Firefox 5. Is there a plugin?

I'm running XP SP3 however this happens on the server, windows 7 machines and other xp machines. This is definately a bug in the newer versions of Firefox.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thanks for the reply but none of what you suggested worked. The link i'm going to points to a local pc on my network.

since this is an .aspx page doesn't that explain why IE7 can display the checkboxes and FireFox 3 can as well but FireFox 5 will not. Any related suggestions please. I've already tried all the usual fixes.

Without taking a look at the code or checking that page in Firefox 5 it is hard to tell what is wrong with it.

Do you see any errors related to this in the Tools > Error Console?

Is any content being generated via JavaScript?

If you are comfortable with checking code on web pages then try the DOM Inspector.

I'm getting a lot of the following errors on the URL. Warning: Error in parsing value for VARIABLE. Declaration dropped. Source File: http://thor/maximizerwebaccess/Content/ContentPage.aspx Line: 0

Tried DOM but didn't get very far. Couldn't generate any kind of meaningful report.
