I keep getting cookie setting requests. How do I stop them?

I am getting multiple requests to set or modify cookies. I cannot get them to stop. I have gone to tools, options, privacy, uncheck 3rd party cookies. they are still there.

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Keep until": "ask me every time"

You can try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.
