As an example, when I am at a website and am attempting to purchase an item I can file out all requested information but when I need to proceed to the next page by clicking on a button such as "proceed" or "purchase" no buttons are visible. I need to scan the area with my mouse and find a button when the arrow changes to a hand indicating an active button which can be one of many - the button I am looking for or another such as "revise", Very frustrating. On this screen also the area to the right of the details area is blank even though moving the mouse indicates a number of active areas such as "bold", "ital", "insert a link", etc. which are not shown until I place the mouse over it then a pop-up indicates what it is.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
