Every time I launch FF it now gives me "xml.freecause.com.445 uses an invalid security certificate" error, then randomly pops it up while not allowing me to open tabs, use tabs, or anything else
v6.02
The pop-ups are sometimes single, sometimes as many as 20+ i must click through before I can attempt to do anything else.
Separate issue, but FF since FF4 v often crashes upon launching. In order to start it when it does that, I have to launch in safe mode, then close, then relaunch normally.

Probably caused by a Firefox extension which is related to "air miles" tracking or gaming. Disable that extension until that server certificate error is fixed.

Thanks. I had tried disabling all of my extensions, and plug ins, with no change (both for the ssl error and the crashing upon start up error), never with any change.
i just tried disabling the "appearance" I was using and now the problem is solved. :-D (Both I think O_O Once in a while the crashing upon starting will hold off for about 10-12 times it is launched, though usually half the time, so after 6 tries without it showing up I am feeling good about it. Also, before, i noticed FF would take seriously a full minute or more to close out completely as to disappear from my task manager, and now it is closing out much faster too!)
The theme I was using was Firefox Minimalist, so if anyone else is experiencing either of my issues, try disabling or removing it.
