Nothing but select sites load from toolbar or google search

The only sites firefox will load are google and wells fargo. Nothing else no you tube no nothing not even apple homepage. Followed instructions restarted with everything disabled even unistalled and re installed

Does it work with other browsers?

You can try to disable IPv6.
