At the top of my home page. Shows Will you help imporve Mozilla Firefox by sending information about performance, hardware, etc. Then buttons of Yes, I want to help or No. How can I disable this line?

I cannot have this line show on the screen at all.  I do not want any click action to disable it, I want to remove it completely from showing up ever...

Just click yes or no and the bar will go away. You can learn more about this feature here - Share data with Mozilla to help improve Firefox

If you do not keep changes after a restart then see:

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General: System Defaults: "Submit performance data"

You can check theses prefs on the about:config page.

  • toolkit.telemetry.rejected : true
