Firefox Update settings missing

more options

In Firefox 15 (Linux), if you open Preferences, go to the Advanced page, and select the Update tab, the settings for Firefox Update are missing completely. The settings that should be there can be seen here: Advanced panel - Accessibility, browsing, network, updates, and other advanced settings in Firefox

In my browser, all I see is the "Automatically Update" section with the option for Search Engines.
