Virtually every time I open a new tab whether through a link, the search bar or opening a tab and typing in an address in the address bar the new tab will continue to display the page content of the first opened tab. The information is loading as it will only display after dragging the tab outside of firefox creating a new window. This behavior is remedied (for only a short time) by closing a reopening firefox. Inevitably, the problem reoccurs.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
