I have created multiple profiles in firefox program manager but, I can't get the firefox icon to the desktop. I have to go to RUN, then Firefox.exe -p to get to the profiles. I need a short cut on the desktop for these profiles. Please help.

You need to add the -P switch and the name of the profile as seen in the profile manager (you may need quotes: -P "profile name") to a copy of the Firefox desktop shortcut to start with a specific profile.
This will only work if no other Firefox instances are running, otherwise you need the -no-remote switch as well.
Note that you can't send links to a Firefox instance that was started via -no-remote.
