My roboform toolbar disappeared today after 'clear history' and/or a security update. What gives?

I have a pc running Vista HomePremium. I have cleared my history before and haven't lost my roboform toolbar. Did the 6/18/14 automatic security update do that? How can I restore it for my FF 30.0? (At least I thinks that's the version. I can't even find that anymore.)
