Cannot open firefox download page because fail on verify SSL cert (Chrome said me that it is Malformed certificate)
Yesterday, my firefox crash without reason while I online on Facebook as daily basis. After it crash, it cannot open again anymore, every times I try to open it crash again and again. Reset Firefox to factory setting also didn't work. So now I temporary using Chrome. I uninstalled Firefox and any of application data about it. Then I try to download a new version but found that I cannot open an official Firefox download page by both IE and Chrome. Chrome said that is it Malformed certificate. Details as below (my Chrome automatically install as my local language, so don't worry about it).

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

As for the malformed certificate, Chrome uses the Windows certificate store, like IE, so getting the same error in both makes sense. When I search it, I find information about a possible Windows update being required, among other things:
