Firefox crashes

Hasn't worked since install. (v.31).

Using a corporate (tied down) laptop, but I have admin rights so program installs. Will not start, even if I remove the profile or start in safe mode. Tried install/uninstall multiple times. Still not working.

Submitted the following crash reports:

Would appreciate some help as I can install a work sanctioned version of firefox, but its very old (v24) and my business unit really needs to use the latest version. IT will take months to repackage the latest firefox version! Please help!

That explains why I'm stuck in the older version (24 ESR), and cant get the latest consumer version to run.

I'll check with our IT if there is an update to the Digital Guardian software, or if they can provide a more recent ESR version of Firefox.
