The college course at Indiana State uses blackboard and tegrity. I have been unable to view the tegrity videos and the IT specialist told me to make sure the Tegrity Plugin was installed. I am unable to find the Tegrity Plugin when I search. Thanks for your help.

If you want to use Firefox to view Tegrity files, you may need to install Window media player plug-in for Firefox before viewing. Please check your operating system version and go to the following link to download the plug-in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-media-player

The new WMP plugin (np-mswmp) shows in the System Details list, so that shouldn't be the problem. There is however DRM mentioned on that page and if it is really being used then that might be the problem.
