After loosing power, I lost several days of e-mail, plus all my Local Folders. Have not been able to retrieve them.Help!

While reading my e-mails the electric power went of. When I turned the computer back on the e-mails from 09/15 to 09/27 and all my Local Folders were gone. I have not been able to recuperate them. Please help. I am no geek. Thanks Falconieri

Probably Tbird was writing to the folders when the power went off, and they got corrupted. Maybe this can help with recovering the folders:
