I install the certificates on firefox it appears, and when i submit the website of that certificate is needed, doesn't work. Only in one computer with windowsxp

I got one certificate in one computer working with firefox. My computer must go to a techinic, and i install the certificate in one other computer with windows xp. It imports correctly it appears, but when i access the website that is neded it says don't have the certificate. What could it be?

You may need to reset FIrefox or remove the old cert. I also came accross the change that needs to happen if you are using a Firewall or AV https://knowledge.verisign.com/suppor.../index?page=content&id=SO7355
