thunderbird stopped working
I reset my cell phone to factory level, so I had to reconfigure my 2 email accounts. My cell phone works now, as before, but now one of my Thunderbird email accounts won't receive email. It finally times out trying to connect.

as a test turn off your phone... if it connects it is probably your phone consuming all available connections to the mail server. Android phones have controls to limit the total connections they use, iPhones I understand do not.
Turning on the phone while Thunderbird is connected might work long term. That is probably what happened when you got the phone. But I am only guessing.
