Discus "Load more comments" leads to unwanted refresh

As per the title, whenever clicking at the "Load more comments" button, instead of showing more comments as expected, the browser refreshes the whole webpage again, on every mobile sites or desktop sites that use Discus service.

Edit: wait a sec...I think I found the problem. After I disable the "Clean Links" addon the disqus comment button works like it should before.
