On my insurance web site,it wont switch to anouther page, Why?

I go to my Insurance web page to check my file,but once on the website it wont allow the other page to come up. Where do I go to allow the page to show?

Hello waynewjr, go from "3-bar" Firefox menu button > Options > Advanced panel > General tab > Accessibility section > UNcheck the Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page > click OK to save the changes.
