firefox sync reports incorrect account name or password but it worked a few hours ago

I used firefox sync for years and I never changed the password, but just a few hours ago, sync prompted me that my account is incorrect. I tried to reconnect several times but each time I logged in, I got disconnected. Please help.

The sync seems to be recovered today. Case closed.
