Drag and drop attachments doesn't work in Thunderbird 31.4.0

Hi everyone!

I installed Thunderbird 31.4.0 in a new machine and i noticed a big issue with attachments and Drag and drop. I reinstalled the application over 4 times and always happens the same, after a small period the drag and drop feature stops working.

When i'm writing an email i cannot attach any file dragging from my computer, appears a forbidden symbol.

Also i started Thunderbird without any addon/complement, does not work :(

This would appear to be a bug. I located one reported in Bugzilla and posted my comment back in version 31.2.0, but it is still not yet been fixed in my 31.4.0.

This is the bug:

Please go to that bug and Vote for it to be fixed. You vote by clicking on the ' vote' where it says this at the top - 

Importance: 	-- normal with 1 vote

You would need to register to make a vote and post comment to say what OS you use and what version of Thunderbird.

I added my environment information and voted.

It's really weird because i have the same environment in other systems and this particular issue works as expected :(

I have done some more testing and managed to get my system working. Please read the comments 9 and 10, I have just made in :
