Hello Lokasenna, please try to uninstall with the next official uninstaller from Adobe : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller

and then download the latest from the next link : https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
