Hello terrace, If you have previously restored bookmarks, it is very easy to recover them. Follow this method:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + B which will bring your bookmarks library.
  • Now at the top of that window you'll find Import and Backup dropdown.
  • Click there and chose Restore and then select Chose file, then locate where you have stored your backup.

That's it, hope it will work for you.
