I signed in to sync but my bookmarks did switch over

i wiped my laptop back to factory settings then i tried to sync but my bookmarks from firefox did not switch over.so i hope someone can resolve this matter for me.

HI Maryam Hasan, Firefox Sync is not meant to be a back up, I apologize if the bookmarks are not syncing, do you have a back up of them from before the wipe?

Also check:

  1. Look in Unsorted Bookmarks. Is anything else from your old profile syncing? (e.g., history)
  2. Were you ever syncing your bookmarks. See if the checkbox is checked in Preferences.
